About Orillia Snow Removal
Snow Work on Orillia Routes
Orillia Snow Removal is a snow-only crew working out of Orillia, Ontario. We plow and blow driveways, shovel walks, clear the snowbank the city plow leaves, take snow off roofs and salt the ice, from November to April. [Placeholder: owner name and years in Orillia]

Why Snow Only
Orillia had about 460 cm in the winter and 492 cm by March 21, 2026. A company that also cuts lawns keeps its crews on fall cleanups into December. Our equipment is ready for snow on November 15 and stays on the routes until April 15. All six services are listed on the snow removal services page.
The Rules We Work Under
The City plows local streets above 8 cm within 16 hours after the snow stops and leaves the windrow to residents, which is why every contract includes windrow clearing. Section 181 of the Highway Traffic Act bars snow on the road, so we pile it on your property. Section 6.1 of the Occupiers' Liability Act names snow contractors, which is why every visit goes in a log.
How a Season Runs
You get a visit and a written quote. Before the first snow we stake the driveway edges. At 5 cm the route starts, you get a text when your driveway is done, and we return after the city plow. In April we pull the stakes and rake any gravel back. The dates and terms sit on the seasonal contract.
What You Can Hold Us To
The 5 cm trigger, the return pass for the windrow, no cap on visits, a text after each visit, and a call from us if we miss your street, with the reason.
